Our trust establishment service includes all necessary trust deed documents, minutes for trustee appointment, unitholder certificates (if applicable), applications for Trust Tax File Number, ABN, GST, and PAYG withholding registrations (if required).

The cost for a standard trust setup is $710 (including GST) plus relevant state stamp duty. For a trust together with a new trustee company, the total cost is $1,824 (including GST) plus relevant state stamp duty.

State stamp duty charges are as follows: NSW = $750, VIC = $200, TAS = $50, NT = $20, and all other states = $0. These charges are additional to our service fees.

You can complete our online questionnaire, which takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. If you need assistance, we offer support over the phone or face-to-face to guide you through the form completion process.
