Xero Setup & Training

Our Xero setup assistance includes a special discounted rate for up to 2 hours of support, covering the initial setup of your Xero file. This includes setting up your dashboard, configuring users and access levels, importing your chart of accounts, inputting year-to-date journals and conversion balances, setting up GST details, connecting your bank accounts for reconciliation, and more.

The Xero ongoing training package offers up to 2 hours of support over a 12-month period. This includes assistance with integrating apps like HubDoc, customising your dashboard, setting up additional bank feeds, resolving reconciliation issues, managing inventory and asset tracking, and more.

We provide additional phone assistance for any setup/startup issues for the first 3 months of your new subscription. For any ongoing support beyond this period, we offer an additional training package or can provide assistance at an hourly rate.

Yes, we offer customisation services for various features such as dashboards, payment add-ons, reports, and tracking codes. Our goal is to ensure Xero is tailored to your specific business processes and requirements.

Our setup assistance and ongoing training are offered at discounted rates. Any further support beyond the included hours will be charged at an hourly rate ($100 + GST). Travel to your business location is not included in the price.
